CNC MILLING

What is CNC Milling?

CNC milling is a type of CNC machining process that uses milling machines, equipped with rotary cutting tools and controlled by computer numerical control technology, to perform precise movements and tasks. CNC milling makes it possible to take a digital design of an object and produce it in a physical form from raw materials.

Expert precision engineering has a range of 3 and 4-axis, or multi-axis machines for the machining of components that require high degrees of precision and repeatability. Using computer aided manufacturing (CAM), and industry-leading software along with decades of machining experience to produce basic and complex parts based on our customers drawings and/or 3D models. Our Manufacturing Engineers can create CNC programs, develop work-holding and design specialist tooling to overcome the most challenging of manufacturing projects. We offer full Turnkey solutions enabling the production of highly complicated precision parts with the highest standards of quality, reproducibility, and safety in mind.

Our Milling machines range from table size of 800 x 400mm and up our largest machine with a table size of 1500 x 650mm. Each machine is fitted with a 12″ chuck for 4th axis capability.
