What we do

We specialise in engineering and manufacturing intricate precision components utilising cutting-edge CNC machinery and advanced CAD/CAM software. Established in 2018, we are committed to excellence. Working from our Newcastle-upon-Tyne facility, our talented team of Manufacturing Engineers and CNC Machinists consistently deliver high-quality components to our valued clients.

CNC Turning

CNC turning is a manufacturing process that involves gripping bars or round billets of raw material in a lathe and rotating them while feeding in with a cutting tool to remove material. Any round geometries can be achieved in all materials ranging from Plastic to more challenging Nickel Alloys

This process allows for quick production times at both low and higher batch  volumes whilst maintaining the highest quality

CNC Milling

CNC milling is a process that produces custom-designed parts or components by progressively removing material from the workpiece. It involves using a rotating cutting tool to remove material from a solid block of metal, plastic, wood, or other materials to create precise parts and products. Unlike manual milling, where operators control the machine by hand, CNC milling is fully automated

5 Axis Machining

5-axis machining refers to a CNC process where the cutting tool or workpiece moves along five distinct axes simultaneously. These axes include three linear axes (X, Y, Z) and two rotational axes (typically A and B, or A and C, depending on the machine configuration). This capability distinguishes it from traditional 3-axis machining, offering enhanced flexibility and precision

EDM

Electrical discharge machining is a non-traditional form of precision machining that uses thermal energy instead of mechanical force to remove material from a workpiece. It is sometimes referred to as Spark or Wire Erosion. Engineers often turn to EDM when machining processes such as Milling or Turning cannot produce the desired feature, such as sharp internal corners or a particularly deep cavity

CMM Inspection & NDT

A co-ordinate measuring machine is an advanced piece of equipment used to measure 3 dimensional components. These CNC machines move in 3 dimensions using a highly accurate probe, measuring and recording dimensions
Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) is a crucial technique used across various industries to inspect and evaluate materials and components without causing any damage

Assembly & Coating

We offer a full Turnkey solution including grinding, gun-drilling, final assembly and specialist coatings. Working closely with our well established supply chain we can offer most coating & painting processes providing buyers with  a ‘one-stop’ solution

Our facilities

Our 7200 sq. ft. facility, based just outside of Newcastle-upon-Tyne is fully equipped with the latest CNC machinery, tooling and CAD systems. We use the latest in CNC machining technology including 3, 4 and 5 axis machines and mill/turn lathes along with 3 full-time Manufacturing Engineers, CNC CMM inspection facilities and in-house NDT. We can also offer a full turnkey package including assembly and coatings creating a ‘one-stop’ solution for buyers

We operate a 24-hour double shift system running Monday to Friday helping us to reduce lead-times whilst mnaintaining the highest level of quality.
