CNC Turning

CNC turning is a highly precise and efficient subtractive machining process that works on the principle of the lathe machine. It involves placing the cutting tool against a turning workpiece to remove materials and give the desired shape.

Our plant list includes 6 x CNC turning machines capable of manufacturing parts measuring up to 400mm diameter and 1000mm long. All of these machines offer 2 axis turning as standard. In addition, 3 of the machines feature live tooling enabling us complete milling and drilling features in situ. This means that we are able to reduce the number of operations required increasing efficiency and reducing lead-times
